RefEntry, analogous to a Sect3 elsewhere
in the document. See RefSect1.
In DocBook, RefSect3 is the lowest-level section allowed in a
RefEntry. There is no element analogous to a Sect4.

Status identifies the editorial or publication
status of the RefSect3.
Publication status might be used to control formatting (for example,
printing a “draft” watermark on drafts) or processing (perhaps
a document with a status of “final” should not include any
